Training Plan

The training plans below are for the 2 weekly resistance training sessions prescribed for the female runner. They include a total of 6 exercises each for core, assistance, prehabilitation, flexibility, and core stability.
Key: BW = body weight; DB = dumbbell; BB = barbell; MB = medicine ball; SB = Swiss ball; 1RM = one repetition maximum.
